My passion is land! I have farmed and ranched all of my life in Texas. In my college days, I obtained a Texas State Brokers license in Amarillo, Texas. Nothing gives me greater pleasure then to buy land and restore it through sound farming and ranching conservation practices.
The land I buy becomes a part of me so I find it difficult to sell and/or trade it sometimes. I prefer to buy land, while assisting sellers with their needs such as:
- Retirement monthly pay out plans.
- Estate Settlements
- Tax Free Exchanges and or 1031’s.
- Or just a cash sale
